Tottenham forward Harry kane was able to score the only goal of the game against Arsenal to win 1-0 at the Wembley stadium to climb up the Premier League table to third position.
The first half was tight and uneasy, both tried their shots and many were blocked some were deflected and they all struggled for a goal but it ended a goalless draw at the first half.
However, the game changed in the second half as Tottenham took over the possession, the gameplay and they opened the scoring in the 49th minute of the second half when Kane put in the ball with his head to the left bottom corner to put them one goal ahead.
The main work and pressure was put on the Arsenal keeper as the defence was lacking drive. Tottenham had many more chances to increase their lead but the Arsenal goalkeeper Petr Cech denied them of all their efforts especially from Kane and Eriksen.
Arsenal also had their chance to level the game as Alexandre Lacazette passed the tottenham defence and was left with the Tottenham goalkeeper but was unable to put the ball on target as it went wide of Hugo Lloris goal which have Tottenham the win as this was in the dying minutes of the game.
This leaves Arsenal seven points behind as they hold sixth position while Tottenham moves up to third position above Chelsea and Liverpool on the Premier League table.
